As a mom, I started thinking about what our kids are actually being prepared for—and what they’re not.

They’re learning so much in school, but when it comes to real-life situations like interviews, first jobs, or even just having a confident conversation with an adult, there’s a gap.
 

After years of managing teams and interviewing, I’ve seen firsthand how many capable young people miss opportunities simply because no one ever taught them how to present themselves, communicate clearly, or navigate professional settings. And in a world where so much interaction happens through phones and screens, those face-to-face skills don’t always come naturally.

I  offer a mix of small group workshops, larger sessions, and 1:1 coaching so each student can get the support they need. From hands-on resume building and mock interviews to opportunities to hear directly from recruiters and industry professionals, everything is designed to feel practical, relevant, and immediately useful.
 

The Launch Lab was created to change that—to give teens and young adults the confidence, communication skills, and real-world preparation they need before they step into those moments. Because they shouldn’t have to figure it out the hard way.
